Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Performance Tracking: Monitor and manage revenue, volume/output, and KPIs; construct analytical reports on business operations.

Market Research & Strategy Optimization: Analyze market trends and customer data to propose operational strategies and process improvements that drive business growth.

Logistics & Network Operations Control: Oversee and track network operations, post offices/hubs, linehaul routes, trunklines, sales incentives/bonuses, and related operational policies across the system.

Reporting & Documentation: Compile, build, and present comprehensive operational and strategic reports.
Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business planning, sales data management, or equivalent positions.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, or related fields.

Technical Skills: Proficient in office software (MS Office / Google Workspace), project management systems, and data analytics tools.

Data & Analytical Capabilities: Strong capacity for data management, aggregation, and data-driven analysis.

Work Ethic: Ability to work effectively under high pressure and operate independently when required.
