REGIONAL DIRECTOR

• Working Hours: Monday – Saturday; 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible according to actual hub/post office operational schedules)

• Location: Da Nang City

• Assigned Region: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, and Kon Tum

Key Responsibilities

• Organizational Structure: Propose and design the organizational structure for the assigned region.

• Strategic & Operational Planning: Develop and execute sales, business growth, and operational strategies across the region.

• Regional Operations Management: Direct, manage, and optimize all regional operations, including:

  • Driving revenue growth and achieving key business targets.

  • Ensuring the quality of pick-up, delivery, and linehaul connectivity within the region and across other regions.

  • Overseeing debt management and accounts receivable collection.

  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and operational escalations.

• Human Resources Oversight: Manage end-to-end HR activities within the region, including recruitment, training, transfer, appointment, and performance evaluations.

• Internal Communications: Communicate and enforce company regulations, policies, and operational guidelines to regional staff.

• Operational & Commercial Approvals: Review and propose solutions for region-level operational and business matters, including:

  • Pricing schemes, sales conditions, and commercial policies.

  • Office and post office/hub organization and layout.

  • Management of assets, supplies, and non-standard operational requests.

  • Debt recovery, operational expenditures, and emerging field issues.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track, assess, and evaluate the performance of sub-units/branches within the region; report directly to the Executive Board.

Requirements

• Education: Associate’s Degree (College) or higher. No specific major required.

• Gender: Male.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the express delivery / courier industry.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Director, Manager, or equivalent leadership position.

  • Prior experience managing multi-province/multi-site business and operational networks is a strong advantage.

• Core Competencies:

  • Strong operational management and human resource leadership capabilities.

  • Proven track record in sales, revenue generation, and sales target management.

  • Excellent organizational, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multi-location field teams.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Mindset & Work Ethic: Decisive, proactive, highly accountable, and capable of performing effectively under high pressure while taking full ownership of regional outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

• Income: 40,000,000 – 80,000,000 VND / month.

• Bonuses: Public Holiday bonuses, Lunar New Year bonus, and 13th-month salary.
