Key Responsibilities
1. System Standardization & Governance
-
Design, standardize, build, and continuously update procedures, operational standards, regulations, and work instructions under the Quality Department’s scope.

Periodically evaluate system compliance, validity (correctness and completeness), and operational efficiency (measuring tangible outcomes, error reduction, cost optimization, and time efficiency) across all operational units.

Optimize operational workflows to boost productivity, mitigate risks, and minimize dependency on individual personnel.

Standardize management frameworks aligned with global management standards (ISO, Kaizen, PDCA, etc.).
2. Operational Quality Metrics Management

Analyze operational data and build comprehensive quality management reports.

Track and evaluate the execution of key quality performance metrics; perform root-cause analysis to pinpoint bottlenecks and propose corrective action plans.
3. Operational Master Data Management

Manage operational master data parameters (including SLAs, time targets, mail routes/transit paths, delivery schedules/frequencies, address codes, pick-up/delivery locations, etc.).

Receive, investigate, and resolve emerging queries or operational issues regarding master data.

Evaluate the impact of master data on actual operational performance metrics and propose necessary parameter adjustments to meet governance needs.
4. System Documentation Training & Implementation

Partner with cross-functional departments to roll out, train, and guide teams on implementing new processes, standards, and quality targets.
5. Other Duties

Execute additional tasks and assignments as requested by management.
Requirements
-
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Auditing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in process design, ISO frameworks, or quality control. Prior experience in the Express Delivery/Courier industry is a strong advantage.
