Key Responsibilities
1. Design Management & Solution Optimization (Pre-sales Focus):
-
Lead the development and integration of complex energy solutions: Solar (Rooftop/Floating), BESS, Hybrid, and Energy Management Systems (EMS).

Directly appraise and approve engineering design drawings, BOQs, and technical documents, ensuring techno-economic viability and system cost optimization (ROI).

Collaborate with the Sales/PM departments to provide in-depth technical consulting for clients and participate in technical defense for key bidding packages.
2. Technical Team Management:

Manage, assign tasks, and monitor the quality and progress of the project design team.

Establish and standardize design process systems, internal solution libraries, and company technical standards.
3. R&D Strategy & Product Packaging:

Direct research into new technologies: smart EMS, AIoT applications in energy management.

Package standardized solutions/products to support Sales in rapidly penetrating the market and increasing contract closing rates.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields.

Experience:
-
3 – 5 years of experience in designing/integrating Solar, BESS, and EMS systems.

1 – 2 years in a technical team leadership position (Team Lead/Manager).

Professional Competency:
-
In-depth understanding of electrical industry standards, operating principles of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and smart control systems (EMS).

Proficient in: AutoCAD, Pvsyst.
-
Strong understanding of investment economic efficiency for investors.

Soft Skills:
-
Project management, planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.
-
Excellent communication and technical solution presentation skills with clients/partners.
-
Technical English proficiency (ability to read and understand technical documentation for Solar, BESS, and EMS equipment from foreign manufacturers).
